Thank you! -Jaculin A. F. West
Are you a commissioned Notary Public?
Yes, I am commissioned by the State of Colorado (State ID No. 20094035368) and actively maintain my credentials through continuing education and best practices.
Where do you provide in-person notary services?
Primarily in Jefferson County and the greater Denver Metro area. I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, or neutral locations. Mileage charges will apply.
Do you offer Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
Yes, if your documents qualify and you have a valid photo ID, we can notarize online using a secure, approved platform.
What types of documents do you notarize?
Most common legal, financial, real estate, and healthcare forms. Documents like wills or documents requiring witnesses must be arranged in advance.
So you help prepare or draft my documents?
No. Document preparation means creating, completing, or advising on the content of your paperwork, and that is the responsibility of you (or your attorney, if you choose to work with one). Drafting documents quickly crosses into the practice of law, which notaries are not authorized to do. My role is limited to verifying your identity, overseeing your signature, and affirming that you are who you say you are at the time of signing. I do not draft or provide the documents themselves.
What do I need to bring?
A government-issued, valid, unexpired photo ID;
the full, completed document(s) but unsigned; and
any required witnesses (if not arranged beforehand).
Do not fret - You will get a checklist upon booking!
How much does it cost?
Expect to pay booking fees, notarization fees, and travel fees.
Detailed Fee Schedule & Payment Policies located here.
What else?
Mobile and in-person for notary services are used interchangably. It’s called “mobile” since I, the notary, come to you.
